Warranty Policy – Jyarsh

At Jyarsh, we create thoughtfully designed Demi-Fine Jewellery crafted for everyday elegance. To maintain transparency and trust, we offer a limited warranty on plating-related issues under the terms outlined below.

 

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Jyarsh provides a 6-month warranty only on plating-related issues.

  • The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the product.

  • This warranty is applicable to products purchased individually, in combos, or under promotional offers such as Buy 1 Get 1.

 

2. What Is Covered Under Warranty

  • Plating fading, discoloration, or peeling occurring under normal usage conditions.

  • Manufacturing defects specifically related to the plating finish.

 

3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, breakage, bending, scratches, or dents

  • Stone loss, cracks, or damage due to impact

  • Tarnishing or damage caused by:

    • Water, sweat, humidity

    • Perfume, deodorant, cosmetics, chemicals, or cleaning agents

  • Improper storage, rough handling, or misuse

  • Natural wear and tear over time

  • Products altered, repaired, or tampered with by the customer

 

4. Buy 1 Get 1 (BOGO) & Combo Orders – Warranty Terms

  • In Buy 1 Get 1 or combo offers, each individual product is covered under a 6-month plating warranty from the original delivery date.

  • Warranty is applicable independently to each product.

 

5. Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at hello.jyarsh@gmail.com

  2. Mention your order ID and date of purchase

  3. Share clear images or a video clearly showing the plating issue

Our team will review the claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

 

6. Warranty Resolution

If the Product Is In Stock

  • Only the affected product will be considered under warranty.

  • Jyarsh will offer a replacement or repair, at our discretion.

  • The unaffected product from the same order will not be replaced.

If the Product Is Out of Stock

Coupon-Based Compensation

  • A store coupon equal to the paid value of the affected product will be issued.

  • For BOGO or combo orders, product value is calculated as:
    Total order value ÷ total number of products

Example:
Order value: ₹1,200
Products received: 2
Coupon issued: ₹600

Coupon Conditions

  • Coupon is one-time use only

  • Valid for 30 days from the date of issue

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or refund

  • Can be used on any available product on Jyarsh

 

7. Warranty on Products Purchased Using Warranty Coupon

  • Products purchased using a warranty compensation coupon:

    • Do not receive a fresh 6-month warranty

    • Are covered only for manufacturing defects at the time of delivery

  • This policy helps prevent repeated warranty cycles and misuse.

 

8. Important Notes

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser

  • Warranty can be claimed only once per product

  • Claims raised after the 6-month warranty period will not be accepted

  • Coupons issued under warranty cannot be reissued or extended

  • All claims are subject to quality inspection and approval

  • Final decisions regarding replacement, repair, or coupon issuance rest solely with Jyarsh

 

9. Policy Rights

Jyarsh reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw this warranty policy at any time without prior notice, while ensuring fairness and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
